In Spain during the pandemic, we were not allowed outdoors for a long time, we could shop for food, nothing else, and in the closest shop.
No walking anywhere, beaches closed with barrier tape, Guardia civil controls everywhere.
But, we were allowed to walk the dog. If we had one....
